As a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach through the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC), I have completed extensive training in areas such as trauma, crisis, grief and loss through Light University. I am also a Professional Life Coach and Trauma-Informed Coach, certified through the Board of Christian Life Coaching (BCLC) and a member of the International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA). I am committed to furthering my development as a life coach and mental health coach. I received my Bachelor of Science from Liberty University in 2010. My heart is to help individual women, married couples and families by encouraging them to move forward and continually grow spiritually in their walk with the Lord daily.
