As a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach through the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC), I have completed extensive training in areas such as trauma, crisis, grief and loss through Light University. I am also a Professional Christian Life Coach and member of the International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA) and committed to furthering my development as a life coach and mental health coach. I received my Bachelor of Science from Liberty University in 2010 in which my major was Religion. My heart is to help individual women, married couples and families by encouraging them to move forward and continually grow spiritually in their walk with the Lord and daily life.
